Amendment / Cancellation Policy
Amendment is limited 1 time/booking and required at least 3 days prior to arrival and confirmation is subject to room availability.

If your reservation is cancelled before 1 day prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is not applied. (Refund will be applied with 10% cancellation fee). Later 100 % charge is applied.
For "NO SHOW", 100 % charge is applied
* Cancellation Fee is 10% of deposit amount.
* Refund amount will be deducted by cancellation charge, cancellation fee and the refund transfer fee.

* Early check-out is subject to 1 night charge.

- All rates are NET in Thai Baht including all taxes and service charges.
- Child from less than 3 years old sharing room with their parents is free of charge. The required breakfast for child is chargeable.
- Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and Check out time is 12:00 hrs.
- Reservations will be held until 14:00 hrs unless guaranteed by Credit Card or cash Deposit.
- After 14:00, late check-out charge is 50 %.
- After 18:00, late check-out charge is 100 %.
- No wheel chair access
- No pet is allowed
- Exchange rates are estimated and for the purpose of INFORMATION only.
- If we are not able to charge deposit through your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or
under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
